Pick System audio as the source. It captures whatever this computer is playing, from any app, without the sharing bar that tab audio shows (the browser won't let a page hide that bar).
Not listed? Add a loopback input:
- Linux: PipeWire/PulseAudio monitors are usually listed already. If not, use the microphone, then in
pavucontrol→ Recording set the browser's input to Monitor of … - macOS: install BlackHole and send your music to it (a Multi-Output Device lets you hear it too).
- Windows: enable Stereo Mix under Sound → Recording, or install VB-Cable.
